Neotropical Bird-Eating Snakes

Phrynonax poecilonotus

Neotropical bird-eating snakes are native to Central America and typically reach 5-7′ long. They are robustly built but agile climbers and prefer to spend the vast majority of their time up off the ground. We currently keep a group of four, Sterling (2019 male), Lyrica (2019 female), Ajax (2020 male), and Helo (2020 female).
