Payment
We accept payment through PayPal or Venmo. Payment is due in full at least 24 hours prior to shipping.
Deposits & Reservations
While a hatchling is getting established and is not ready to ship yet, we do not ask for deposits to hold the snake for a customer. We understand that circumstances can change and do not want someone to feel pressured or locked into buying a snake they don’t truly want. With that in mind, we ask that you are serious and committed if your name is on one of our snakes. We do expect timely communication, and if we receive unexplained silence for an extended period of time we reserve the right to make the snake available to other customers.
If full payment and/or shipping cannot be completed within a reasonable amount of time once the snake is ready to ship, we may ask for a nonrefundable deposit to hold the snake depending on the situation.
Payment Plans
We generally do not do payment plans but may make exceptions for certain situations. In those circumstances, we require a 25% nonrefundable, non-transferable deposit up front. Full payment must be made within 30 days. We may extend the deadline if there is a detailed and strict payment schedule agreed upon.
Shipping & Delivery
We only ship FedEx priority overnight and reserve the right to decide whether conditions are safe for shipping. At this time, we are only shipping to FedEx hubs for pick up, no delivery to a residential address.
We ship Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday to avoid any possible delays leaving animals stranded over the weekend.
Once the snake is ready for pick up at the FedEx hub, it must be picked up and unboxed within 4 hours. If the snake is left at the hub or outside the house for longer than the specified times, our live arrival guarantee is void.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee the sex and health of our snakes at delivery. We triple check the sex of all of our hatchlings but please do your own check upon arrival if you have experience doing so. We ask that you confirm the well being of your snake immediately after unboxing and contact us right away with any concerns you might have in the first day. We cannot take responsibility for health issues arising after the snake is in your care for over 24 hours.
We may make exceptions to some of our policies listed here in certain situations and are always willing to chat about our animals themselves, care suggestions, or about any questions you might have.
